I’ve never been to Portugal, but this is my platonic ideal of a Portuguese neighborhood bar. Cozy, A+ cocktail menu, yummy snacks (meat ‘n’ chips!), self-serve seltzer tap, outdoor seating for warm summer nights, and the cutest dang fish logo.
